Maybe you're feeling like me...

I'm finding myself so filled with delight at each new blooming bush or tree I see.  It's as if all the grey of winter is washing off everything around me as rain nourishes vibrant color wherever I look!  Wow, what a breath of fresh air.

I'm not one for feeling gloomy in the winter since I actually love all the seasons, but the reawakening of spring nourishes something more in my soul than delight.  It ignites curiosity and hope about what I want to see change.  What projects need to be tended?  What plans can be made for vacation with the family?  What needs to be cleared out in my way of thinking or how I behave because it no longer represents the best version of myself?

This thread of curiosity and hope connects with thoughts I considered at the start of the year.  Where have my "resolutions" brought action and success, or where have they lacked substance enough to bring sustainable change the way I had envisioned?

Maybe you are curious about exploring healthier eating habits.  If so, I'd like to offer you a resource about whole food plant-based eating.  There have been many stories in the news lately about the harmful effects of dyes and industrial food additives in processed foods, and I've seen more articles about the benefits of eating real food the way God made it.  I hope this resource may give you curiosity and hope for a better tomorrow.
