Meet Your Coach...

I love the word convergence.  I'm in my early 60s with more life behind me than I have before me.  It's time for all the experiences and investment in my own development to bring forth the very best fruit from a lifetime of showing up in my schooling, in my family, in my job, in my community, in my skills and preferences. 

It's taken me a whole lifetime to get to this point and when I look back over my shoulder, there's a whole lot of wonderful that has brought me to today.  It's not been a perfect journey, but it has been my journey, and I've walked this road with courage and tenacity and compassion, and kindness and love.  I'm more committed than ever to be fully who I am, cheering on others to be fully who they are in all the best of human thriving. 

My skills and interests and experiences are converging in this part of my story and it's my one wild life!  I have a lot to learn, but also I've got this almost like I've already been here before.  Maybe there are elements of my story that resonate with you.  Let's have a virtual coffee chat to see if there might be value in working together to see you thrive through lifestyle choices.
