You will examine the concept of risk and break it down into specific, manageable steps. And you will look at risk from different perspectives and explore how the rewards for taking chances far outweigh the costs. This training will open new doors to exciting opportunities!
The Jumpstart (3 month)
Dive into the basics of a whole-food, plant-based lifestyle. Challenge standard American assumptions on eating and gain a bigger view of the power you yield with your fork, to enhance personal and environmental thriving. Whether your focus is heart health, brain health, pain management through reducing inflammation, managing chronic disease through food, autoimmune disease prevention or management, weight loss, or lowering your carbon footprint, these roads converge in the whole-food, plant-based lifestyle. Go beyond the starting line of a Jumpstart into Transformation by working with your coach to build sustainable and achievable success. Tackle the challenges that have thwarted success in previous attempts and master new habits that lead you to greater wellness. Learn and implement strategies for achieving your goals despite the inevitable challenges that arise. You've got this!
